I think I've figured out something for those fans you wanted. If you give me your location, I can send the two types.
One has metal insides and out, so be careful of the pointed edges when you open it. The other has a metal frame with thick serrated leaves inside. It's tough plant matter, almost works like hide. Test them out and see how they fit.
It's not any trouble. They're wrapped in a box regardless, but I will say you won't want to open them or flash them about in centers or public. Police frown on weapons here, for some dumb reason, when Team Rocket members still run around loose.
I'd rather knock them out and confiscate their Pokemon so they can't cause more trouble.
I don't think I'll ever understand that... [ she huffs a little unhappily. but...maybe if she spruced them up a little and made them look ornamental she'd be able to get away with it. ]
